Water Leakage In Fresh Food Compartment

I am troubleshooting a water leak in my GE refrigerator. Water leaks into the bottom of the fresh food compartment and drains through the door onto the floor. The drain pan for the upper evaporator was frozen over but there was very little ice build up on the coils. The ends of the bottom 2 coils had a small amount of frost/ice on them. I have run through the troubleshooting procedures for the defrost circuit and everything checks OK. The frig has been off for 5 days now and everything is totally defrosted. Both evaporator drains are open and flowing into the bottom drain tray. I still have water leaking from an unusual location. The leak is coming through the bottom left hand fastener hole for the evaporator cover! I can find no information on what is in this location or how to acccess it for inspection. I suspect I have a leak from the water lines for the ice maker/door water dispensor in back middle center of the case. Can someone offer some advice or steer me to some technical info that shows the "guts" of th case and how to access it?
