For the past several months the bleach and softener dispensers have water in them at the end of the washing cycle. I take the tray out, empty the water but the next time I use the machine, the water is retained in these trays. What do I do to fix this?
Either the lines are clogged or the diverter system is not working.
If there is some water going through and delivering bleach and softener to the tub then the line is probably partially obstructed. If no water is going through to deliver the bleach and softener then the diverter is more likely the problem.
