My whirlpool double oven started to shut off and the control panel would go off and come back on. I turned off the circuit breaker several times and un plugged the unit several times. I talked with a technician over the phone and we figured it was the control panel part number AP4909214. I installed it but some of the buttons do not work (no tones) I got the PF with the time showing did the upper cancel (no tone) lower cancel and got a tone but can’t get everything to configure properly. Held the start button down and it did a Loc with start? How to i unlock it or is this board not going to work for my model. GBD307PRQ01. Or is it the touch pad that has gone bad also?
