Whirlpool Refrigerator - Ice Dispenser Problem

Hi,

I have a side-by-side Whirlpool Conquest that has not dispensed ice in over a year, and we just haven’t done anything about it. The water dispenser works fine. The model # is ED5LVAXVQ00. I can’t locate the user manual and was hoping you could give me suggestions.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi.

If nothing happens when you pressing the ice lever you need to check the bracket and the micro switch inside the dispenser. #15 on the diagram
