dryer is fine. the washer fills with water then just humms. it does not drain or aggataite.
there is no belt does anyone know what part i need?

There are several parts you may need, since this appears to be a direct drive unit, you’ll be able to check most of the mechanical drive parts, easily.
Remove and check for a clogged or seized drain pump, once you remove the pump, you can remove the motor and check the coupler for damage, and test the transmission/gearcase to see if it is seized up as well(you should be able to turn the gearcase coupling in both directions).
Of course, I’m guessing, it would be a lot more positive if you had supplied a model number.
