Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 inconsistent temp

I have a Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 that is heating to a inconsistent temperature. I set the oven to 350 and it heats to 180.
Temp sensor resistance should be 1091 at 75 degrees.
Measured resistance was .772.
I ordered a new one and the resistance was .774, so I guess the old one was fine. I replaced it anyway and I still get the same condition.
If I try to preheat the oven with the broiler to 350 it gets to 150.

What can I investigate next?

Does the unit ever show that it is ready or does it stay in preheat?

Do the bake and broil elements work?

I am not sure why the oven sensors are reading so low.
Could be something wrong with the meter.
Also looks like you ar using too high of a meter scale.
Since the expected resistance is about 1,000 ohms you should use the 2K scale.

The instructions state to use the 10k setting to check the resistance, I guess that could be wrong. I used two different meters so the meters are fine.
Yes, both the bake and broil elements work.
How do I determine if the control board is bad? Is there a way to perform a reset on the board?

How do I determine if the control board is bad?
There is not a good way to check the board to see if it is trying to regulate the temperature correctly. So the norm is if the oven sensor is OK then the board is the likely culprit.

Is there a way to perform a reset on the board?
No but removing power from it for a couple minutes would reset it.

Thank you.
