whirlpool Fridge Model GSS30C6EYY00 (auger motor 2323603)

The ice is not dispensing. When pressing paddle the auger door opens but the auger does not turn and there is no noise from the auger motor. Ice bucket and auger assembly have been thawed, cleaned, dried and reassembled with new motor, but this did not fix or change the problem.

  1. how do I test motor? connection has 4 prongs not identified

  2. what else could it be? control panel?
