dryer leaving burn marks on cloths

looks like the fins in the drum aren’t tight against the inside of the drum,sometimes have fabric softener sheets or a piece of clothing get pinched in them but didn’t notice burning when i pulled them out, not sure if thats an issue or not. Drum seems to be a bit loose you can rock it around without pushing to hard on it and it will make a rumbling noise from time to time but have not found anything stuck between it and the frame when i open it. Not sure what to do to fix the problem so any advice will help. Thank you
