I have a Thermador RDF30Q that was working fine until I used the self cleaning feature. After cleaning the oven the elements do not heat. The oven has electricity, the gauge shows the oven being called on but the elements do not heat up.
What is the serial number of the range?

There is a high temperature cut-off (5 on the [B]diagram[/B]). It is resettable (push button in the center) but it’s hard to access it. You have to remove the side panel.

Do you have any materials that can explain how to remove the side panel? I have the back off and the side unscrewed but can’t seem to get it to move.
