Has anyone had problems with their GE Washer not filling properly during the rinse cycle?

It is normal to have no spin cycle after wash and to get a low fill level in rinse cycle unless you have the fabric softener switch turned on if that is what you are talking about.

my GE washer not spinning rite the motor gets loud but its not spinning,i have to move the knob to make it catch,it makes alot of loud humming noise

and it also doesnt spin the clothes rite they come out with lots of water
