Just got this washer and it won’t wash proper. Good at staying quiet, but the clothes stay pretty dirty, the detergent isn’t used up, and you can tell it doesn’t spin a bit. Where should I lol first? Thanks.

Got the front panel off and noticed the red light near the motor is blinking
2 short times every 2 seconds. The belt is in good condition, and turning the belt turns the bucket just fine. Just looking for my next step. Thanks in advance!
A 2 flash error code means the belt is slipping but if belt appears to be ok then the motor/inverter needs to be replaced. I would also recommend to get the tech sheet from inside the control panel and follow instructions to place it in service mode to check for error codes on the main control board.
