Washer does not fill with water during wash cycle or rinse cycle. The spin cycles work fine. I replaced the water valve device and water level switch. I also relaced hot/cold water holes and check interior hole for blockage. I’m at a complete loss! Should I repace the washer timer?

Krogg,
No, don’t repalce the timer(not yet).
You’ll find an inline fuse mounted on the inside of the left side front flange of the washer cabinet, make sure it’s not "blown" / open circuit.

If that fuse is blown, it opens the neutral side of the fill valve power supply, and the washer won’t fill.
It also indicates, you either had an Off Balanced Load or the check switch on the lid switch assembly is bad.

Start there and we’ll see what happens,
Good Luck,
