Similar stuff, will agitate - won't drain/spin

Apologies! The model number of the washer is: WBSR3140DAWW, I put in the wrong one (n00b mistake).

Washer fills and agitates, but won’t drain or spin. When looking at replacement part, it looked like this was a "clutchless" model with an electric pump, though I may be incorrect.

So, if it agitates, why won’t it spin? I am trying to understand the relationship between lack of spinning and draining, since we know it does agitate. Is there a switch that stops the spin, if the pump is not operating? If it is an electric pump, then maybe it is clogged/impeller or just DOA? I am planning on checking for obstructions at the pump itself

Any other thoughts here on what to check/fix?

Hi.

Check if there is 120VAC to the drain pump, if there is 120VAC - check the pump and the hoses, replace the pump.

If no voltage - check the timer contacts R22 - R23 and R20- R21. If there is no continuity - replace the timer.

Thanks for the ideas. Checked the pump and as other’s have said it was clogged with fabric/lint. Cleared the clog and ran the cycle again. All is well.
