I have a Frigidaire LTF7000ESO in the spin cycle will not work. All other wash modes work normally, except at the end "spin mode", it will not spin. The drain works fine. I called Appliance Parts Pro’s and the parts specialist recommended part number 137007000 (control board), stating that was a common problem for my model number. After installing the new control board, there is no change. Is the new board bad, or just a bad guess. Thanks.
Did it show any error codes?

Thank you for the reply. There were no error codes until I ran the diagnostic check you provided. All tests ran as described and E47 appeared at end.
This error code means: "Board thinks the door PTC circuit is open in spin". Most likely the problem is a bad door lock. You can find more useful information in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/washer-repair/73117-frigidaire-washer-wont-spin-out.html

This did the trick. I took out the old door lock. Took it to my local appliance parts house. Put it in and less than an hour I’m washing clothes.
Thanks, this really worked…
You are welcome. We are glad it did work for you.

I can’t get my washer into diagnostic mode. I set it on spin, press the atart button, cancel button to turn off, cancel button to light up & then press/hold the option & start buttons but it doesn’t do anything from there.
