Stops in wash cycle

Stops during wash cycle. Water fills normally. Right before shutdown, motor is making a jerking sound and motion. Door lock led lit, On led is off.
What should I check?

Checked the white wire harness all crimps look good.

Ran all the motor control diagnostics. All passed no problems.

Checked the circut board and not seeing any damage.

So now I’m thinking timer?

Any success in curing your problem?

Nope. Replaced timer no change. bypassed the spin enable swith and it would get past the wash cycle but would not spin. Gave up and bought a new GE.

Thanks for your response. Still working on mine, but soon to give up and look at a Samsung.
