I need a repair manual for a Maytag model A107 washing machine.
I don’t know of a repair manual for that model being availabe, because of age, but if you will tell us what your problem is and what you think you need to do we might (or might not, never can tell with us) be able to help.
There should be two screws that hold the front panel on. Remove them (or if there are not screws, release clips between the front and top at each end) and take off the front panel. You will then see two screws that hold the top on, unscrew them and the top will come up.
As far as the agitator is concerned, see if this site will helpl you.
Agitator removal tips mention a screw on the side or a bolt in the center. My machine has neither. No screws on front panel. Not sure what you mean by clips to be released.
A ¼ inch setscrew on the side of the agitator holds on the agitator. It is on the side near the bottom. The front may be held on with clips under the bottom front corners. Slide a screwdriver between the front and clip then you should be able to pull the front forward at the bottom. Once you pull the bottom out a foot or so the top clips should release. This page may help Maytag Tub Seal Replacement it shows how to take this washer apart.
This is a Monogram glass on gas cooktop.
Can I remove my stainless trim and use it on part # AP3853037 or AP3883711 ?
If yes which of these would be best ?
Or do I need to use part # AP3853036 ? this part is a lot more expensive !
Dose this part come with the trim already attached ?
Please provide detailed instructions and a list of other parts I will need for this job .
Thanks
John
I just received a replacement tub gasket for my KUDC25CHSS1 , and there is an additional part in the bag which my old gasket didnt have
It’s a semi-clear band about the same diameter of the new gasket, looks like same stuff they make wire ties out of. Do I need to use this, if so how?
Another question, do I wet the new gasket before re-seating the motor pump assembly ?
thanks.
