The washer was originally giving me an OL error, even though there was no unbalanced load. I read some forums and decided to replace the bearings/shaft. I bought the kit and replaced it. Now the washer fills and drains immediately after without any spinning or providing error code. Once it finishes draining, I still hear the pump going, or at least I think it’s the pump that still going. I’m at a loss. I read somewhere that a black hose could be bad… but there are three black hoses in the back of the washer. I’m not sure which one it’s referring to. Any ideas?
Anyone have an idea? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is the top of the drain hose lower than the control knobs on the washer? It must be at least 39" above the floor.
The "oL" error code means "overload", not unbalanced load.

Gene, I think it might be below the control knobs. That makes so much sense. I will check tonight. Thanks for the tip.
Gene, that unfortunately did not work. The same thing happened. This may help in diagnosing the issue: my washer, even though the setting is set to a small load, will fill up the whole tub. I am not sure if it’s supposed to do that. Also, FYI, I am receiving no error code. Is this a pressure sensor problem? Perhaps the fuse to the sensor is burnt? I don’t know. Thoughts?
Check the water level pressure hose (5 at the diagram). Make sure it’s not clogged, kinked or pinched.
If there is nothing wrong, replace the main control board.
Gene,
Thanks, again, for the help. I will check on this tonight. I have a question. When I installed the new bearing kit, I applied the adhesive to the outside of the rubber ring that slides over the shaft, but I forgot to lube the inner part of the rubber ring. Will this fault cause issues? Should I cut it out and redo it?
Thanks!
